These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Boilerplate (the "Service"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
1. Accounts
You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must be at least the age of majority in your jurisdiction to use the Service.
2. Subscriptions and billing
Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis through our third-party payment processor. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You may cancel at any time; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the Service to violate any law or the rights of others.
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service.
- Reverse engineer or resell the Service without written permission.
4. Intellectual property
The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Boilerplate and its licensors. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a license to host and process it solely to operate the Service.
5. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you breach these Terms. On termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
6. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Boilerplate shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
